When someone you want to make friends with never seem interested in you, and you try your best but you never say the right things or show the correct body language if a confident person.
Here is a little story.
“Last year I went to a party. It was a rather special business due that I was invited to, just to get to know people in the local area. There was a rather special guy there who I wanted to become friends with and have tried many times before but never seem to catch his attention enough. So I decided to implement a couple of the strategies I have learned about been confident with people and how to act and get people’s attention. I thought in said of always talking about myself why don’t I ask about him. His job, his hobbies and let him talk and then I lessen. So I went up to him I introduced myself to him and started with the question “so what do you do for a living” (I already knew but best coming from him, also a good conversation starter). So he began to tell me and I listened. Funnily enough I kept asking him questions and he kept answering with really long answers and by the end of the night we seem to be getting along really well. Along with asking about him, and also the correct body language I was able to make a new friend i never had the confidence to go up to before.”
So if you learn something today it is don’t be scared when you try to talk to someone new. Walk up to them in a confident manner, head up, smile and show you mean business. Then ask about their lives and not talk about yourself. Smile and listen with your eyes and nod your head as they speak. Don’t interrupt them while they are speaking, and offer to buy them a drink.
This type of things work at nearly any event, whether it is a seminar, conference, dance, night club, pub or even on the street.
So go away now and try it. Be confident and talk about the right things.
To your success.
